Basic Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree or higher obtained from a university or an independent college recognized by the R.O.C. Ministry of Education.
  2. Applicant must have completed at least 3 courses (6 credits, 96 hours) in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Calculus, not including experiment courses, with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of B+ in all the prerequisite courses during the study period of the bachelor's degree used for applying;
  3. The diploma, transcripts and other related documents should be verified by the R.O.C. Representative Office in the country. (If the original document is neither in English nor Chinese, a notarized translation copy is necessary.)
  4. Applicant whose native language is not English must provide official proof of English proficiency with scores at or above the following levels: CEFR_B2 Vantage, TOEFL_ITP543, TOEFL_iBT72, IELTS 5.5, GEPT_High-Intermediate, TOEIC_785, Cambridge Main Suite_FCE, or Linguaskill_160.
  5. The program enrolls potential applicants of diverse backgrounds, not be influenced by any political or financial factors, and not discriminate against the gender, place of origin and/or residence, and background.

Evaluation for Admission
  1. Evaluation of the GPA scores of the prerequisite courses.
  2. Applicant who submits a result from the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) is preferred.
  3. Applicants are required to submit a Chinese proficiency certificate at TOCFL A2 or an equivalent level on CEFR A2 or above. Alternatively, applicants can provide a school-issued document stating that any of their previous degree programs were conducted in Chinese.
  4. If necessary, an interview will be conducted via web.
Note

●  All applicants admitted to the program have to attend the first session of the program which begins on August 1, 2026.

● Two block courses are English-Medium Instruction (EMI) courses.
