◇Spring Intake 2027 (Graduate Programs Only): July 13, 2026, 9:00 ~ October 12, 2026, 17:00 (Taiwan local Time)
◆In handling international student admissions, aside from publicity, promotion, and assisting students with the required procedures for coming to Taiwan, the KMU does not delegate any related tasks to external institutions, organizations, groups, or individuals.
◆Important Note for Account Registration:
After entering the applicant's name and email address, the system will automatically send an activation email. Please check your inbox (including the spam folder) within 15 minutes and follow the instructions to activate your account.
※ Please read the Application Guidelines, which include the following important information:
1. Proof of Language Proficiency
a. Most of the courses of graduate programs are available in English while minimum English/Chinese language proficiency requirements are as follows:
i. For programs that require English proficiency, applicants must submit an English proficiency certificate at CEFR B1 or above. Alternatively, applicants can provide a school-issued document stating that their immediately preceding degree program was conducted in English.
ii. For programs that require Chinese proficiency, applicants must submit a Chinese proficiency certificate at TOCFL A2 or an equivalent level on CEFR A2 or above. Alternatively, applicants can provide a school-issued document stating that their immediately preceding degree program was conducted in Chinese.
b. Each department/graduate institute can set its language proficiency requirements in designated level. Please refer to "H. Admission Criteria of Each Program" for details.
c. According to the announcements by R.O.C. overseas representative offices, international students are required to provide English or Chinese language certificate for Resident Visa for studying in Taiwan, such as Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Myanma applicants, etc.. Please confirm with the authorities concerned for application requirements.
2. Financial statement issued within recent 6 months that shows financial sustainability for study in Taiwan, at least NT$ 120,000 / US$4,000 or proof of the scholarship provided by a government agency, university, college, or private organization. Proof issued by agencies, companies, or individuals' certificate is not accepted.
a. The bank statement shall be issued by the bank officially with the information of current balance and currency, and be authenticated by R.O.C. representative office in/near the applicant's country.
b. Financial statements from a Taiwanese bank or a branch of a foreign bank located in Taiwan do not need to be authenticated.
c. If the bank statement does not belong to the applicant, a signed statement from the account holder is also required, stating the holder's relationship with the applicant and guaranteeing to cover the applicant's expenses in Taiwan.
