1. Applicants must have taken the courses in Chemistry and Biology.
2. A minimum GPA of A or 4.0
3. Minimum Chinese proficiency requirement:
   TOCFL A2, or an equivalent level on CEFR A2, or providing a school-issued document stating that any of applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in Chinese

1. Transcript evaluation in the following courses: English, Chemistry, and Biology.
2. Applicants with enough Chinese proficiency and have passed TOCFL level 5 or higher (or other equivalent standardized tests) are preferred.
3. A notification, if necessary, will be sent to the applicants who have passed the document review for taking written exam (including manual dexterity tests) and an interview.

1. A bachelor's degree in related medical, life or natural sciences from a local or foreign university which is recognized by M.O.E..
2. Minimum English proficiency requirement:
   CEFR B1 or above, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in English

2. Research proposal
3. Potential Adviser Agreement Form (as Appendix 6)

1. Applicants without Taiwan dentist license can only apply for the academic-oriented “Basic Division” and cannot participate in specialist training.
2. Applicants can provide proof of Chinese language proficiency, such as:
   Have passed TOCFL at CEFR B2, i.e. level 4 or higher, or other equivalent certificates.

1. A master's degree in dental medicine or related disciplines from a local or foreign university which is recognized by M.O.E..
2. Minimum English proficiency requirement:
   CEFR B1 or above, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in English
