1. Applicants must have taken the courses in Chemistry and Biology.
2. A minimum GPA of A or 4.0
3. Minimum Chinese proficiency requirement:
   TOCFL A2, or an equivalent level on CEFR A2, or providing a school-issued document stating that any of applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in Chinese

1. Transcript evaluation in the following courses: English, Chemistry, and Biology.
2. Applicants with enough Chinese proficiency and have passed TOCFL level 5 or higher (or other equivalent standardized tests) are preferred.
3. A notification, if necessary, will be sent to the applicants who have passed the document review for taking written exam (including manual dexterity tests) and an interview.

1. An equivalent degree of D.D.S. from a Medical/Dental College of a local or foreign university which is recognized by M.O.E..
2. A minimum GPA of B or 3.0
3. An equivalent degree of Dentist diploma.
4. Minimum English proficiency requirement:
   CEFR B1 or above, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in English
5. Minimum Chinese proficiency requirement:
   TOCFL A2, or an equivalent level on CEFR A2, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in Chinese

1. Applicants without Taiwan dentist license can only apply for the academic-oriented “Basic Division” and cannot participate in specialist training.
2. Applicants with the designated Chinese communication ability are preferred:
   (1) Have passed TOCFL at CEFR B2, i.e. level 4 or higher, or other equivalent certificates.
   (2) A letter of recommendation to certify that the candidates are equipped with enough Chinese proficiency to attend the lectures taught in Chinese.

1. A master's degree in dental medicine or related disciplines from a local or foreign university which is recognized by M.O.E..
