2. Minimum Chinese proficiency requirement:
   CEFR B2, i.e. TOCFL Level 4, or holding an equivalent certificate

1. Official proof of Chinese language proficiency at CEFR B2 or above:
   TOCFL level 4, or other equivalent certificates.
2. Autobiography and CV.
3. Research proposal.
