1. A Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related life sciences, and natural sciences from a local or foreign university recognized by M.O.E. Taiwan.
2. Minimum English proficiency requirement:
   ​CEFR B1 or above, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in English

2. Research Proposal
3. Related Academic Publications
4. One of the two required recommendation letters must be written by the supervisor or head of the department.
5. Potential Adviser Agreement Form (as Appendix 5)
6. Applicants whose native/official language is not English must provide an official proof of English proficiency. Acceptable test score of English language proficiency include TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, CAE, CPE, and etc. Official scores must be taken no more than two years prior to submission of the application.

1. Master degree students must provide at least one English Proficiency pass test score before their Master Thesis exam.
2. Applicants are required to contact with the potential adviser of the College of Life Sciences prior to the application deadline, and to have the form signed and submitted for confirmation.
