1. A master's degree (in Medicine/Health Sciences/Biological Sciences/Physical Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Bio-Engineering/Technology) 
2. A minimum GPA of B+ or 3.3
3. Minimum English proficiency requirement:
   CEFR B1 or above, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in English
4. Minimum Chinese proficiency requirement:
   TOCFL A2, or an equivalent level on CEFR A2, or alternatively, a school-issued document stating that any of the applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in Chinese

3. Related academic publications
4. Applicants whose native/official language is not English must provide an official proof of English proficiency. Acceptable test score of English language proficiency include TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, CAE, and CPE. English proficiency with scores at or above the following levels: TOEFL ITP 550, CBT 213, iBT 79, IELTS 5.5 or TOEIC 600. Official scores must be taken no more than two years prior to submission of the application.
