1. A minimum GPA of B- or 2.7
2. Minimum Chinese proficiency requirement:
   TOCFL A2, or an equivalent level on CEFR A2, or providing a school-issued document stating that any of applicant's previous degree programs were conducted in Chinese

1. Applicants with Chinese communication ability at CEFR level B2 or higher are preferred:
   (1) Have passed TOCFL level 4 or higher, or other equivalent certificates.
   (2) A letter of recommendation to certify that the candidate is equipped with enough Chinese proficiency to attend the lectures taught in Chinese.
2. If necessary, an interview will be conducted via telephone or video-conferencing.
